Refunds & Cancellation
This is our current policy. For any question about it, email support@northvane.in.
Free trial
Your first 90 days are completely free. No card is required and nothing is charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you owe nothing.
After the trial
We show you a flat monthly price based on your transaction volume before your trial ends. Billing only begins if you choose to continue, under a written agreement.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time by emailing support@northvane.in or from your account settings. Your subscription stops at the end of the current billing cycle, and you are not billed again.
Refunds
Monthly fees already billed are non-refundable, and we do not pro-rate part-months. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us and we'll make it right.
Your data after cancellation
You can export your company's data at any time before cancelling. After cancellation we retain it for up to 90 days in case you return, then delete it. Want it gone sooner? Close your account and it's deleted immediately.
